Frequently Asked Questions
Response time from customer support:
Please allow a response time of up to 3 business days from our customer support email. It will likely be faster than that, depending on volume of emails, it could take up to 3 business days.
Processing times:
Current processing times are 30 days from order to shipment. Your order could be processed faster depending on volume. Delays or processing time changes will be updated on our shop banner.
Shipping:
All packages will be shipped with USPS with tracked shipping. Cost of shipping is based on weight, size and quantity. We have no control over the shipping cost as it is calculated by our carrier.
A handling fee of $5 is added to every domestic order and $10 for every international order to cover the cost of shipping materials.
All products are wrapped in foam and or bubble wrap and packed as securely as possible. If an item arrives damaged from improper packaging, we could issue shop credit on a case by case basis.
Local Pickup:
We do offer local pickup for orders placed. If you would like this option select the local pickup option during checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is complete and ready. In this notification will be instructions on how to schedule your pickup, This option is available by appointment only.
Restocks:
Is there something you would like to see in our next restock? Let us know.
We will set a time and date for full restocks, mini restocks and merch restocks.
We cannot guarantee that the same items will be in each restock. We like to offer variety, some items might not be available in this restock. If there is something that you are interested in seeing in our next restock, let us know and we will try our best.
Social Media:
We plan on increasing our social media presence greatly over time. If you are on any of our social media and do not see us posting for a period of time, Updates will be available soon.
In person sales:
If you are local to our area and wish to visit us for a purchases we do offer in person sales. Simply contact us through email with details of the items you would like to see and to setup an appointment.
We also do vendor shows locally in Western Pennsylvania and will post updates on our social media pages and on our website banner with information for our next vendor event.
